Kazi Jahangir Alam, Joint Chief of the Planning Ministry and Farid Aziz, Private Secretary to the Planning Minister, have been elected President and Secretary General respectively of Bangladesh Civil Service Economic Association (BCSEA).
Election to the executive committee of the BCSEA for 2018-19 was held at the NEC conference room on Thursday. Out of 398 members of the association, 340 cast their vote in the election.
Md Lutfor Rahman Tarafder, Md Zakir Hossain, Srinibash Devnath, Syed Mamunul Alam and AK M Abdullah Khan have been elected Vice-Presidents of BCSEA.
