Munshi Murtoza Ali, Associate Professor of Public Administration department of Islamic University (IU) in Kushtia published his first poetry book namely ‘Mohon Joler Jale’ on Wednesday.
The book was unveiled in a programme held at the Mir Mosharrof Hossain Academic Building.
IU vice-chancellor Prof Dr M Harun-Ur-Rashid Askari was present here as chief guest While Pro-vice-chancellor M Dr Shahinoor Rahman and Prof Dr Nasim Banu, dean of the social science faculty addressed at the programme as special guest with Prof Dr M Julfiquar Rahman presided over the programme..
Among others, Prof M Gias Uddin, Prof Dr A K M Motinur Rahman, Prof Dr M Selim, Prof Dr M Lutfor Rahman and over 100 hundred students of the Department were present at the programme.
A total of 55 poems have been included at the book where Murtoza expressed his love, romantic view and feeling through poems. The book is available at the Poribar Prokashoni in Dhaka Ekushey Book Fair.
