The admission tests for the undergraduate courses for the 2017-18 academic session of Islamic University (IU), Kushtia will start on 1 December instead of 25 November and the application dateline extended to 19 November instead of 10 November. IU Registrar office Sources Said. The decision came from an emergency meeting of the university admission test committee with its vice chancellor Professor Md. Harun-Ur-Rashid Askari in the chair, IU Registrar in Charge SM Abdul Latif said. IU pro-vice chancellor professor M Shahinoor Rahman, treasurer professor M Selim Toha and acting registrar SM Abdul Latif, among others, were present at the meeting. According to the fresh schedule, the admission tests will continue from 1 December to 5 December. Meanwhile, the university authorities also extended the date of online application process until 19 November, he added.
