Ishika Khan has been working in media for last four years. She always prefers acting. But besides this, Ishika sometimes hosts TV programmes. She is regularly hosting cricket related live show Power Play on Maasranga TV now.
Before 45 minutes of beginning the cricket game and during its 20 minutes break time she hosts the show on that satellite channel. She takes part discussion with cricket players and this game related persons in this show which ahs already become popular among the viewers.
On December 19, 2016 Ishika gave birth to a baby who is going to complete one year soon. Ishika is also taking preparation to celebrate her baby’s first birthday. Her son’s name is Kian Mohammad Khan.
Meanwhile, Ishika has been engaged with acting in the meantime. She has been attached with Ntv’s ongoing serial Postgraduate. Already she has finished its shooting. Therefore, she has also finished shooting of Azad Al Mamun’s play Shudhu Tomar Jonnyo.
While talking about her present activities in media Ishika Khan told this correspondent, “Story of play Shudhu Tomar Jonnyo revolves with me. So, I agreed to work in this serial. I have also attached myself with Raz Bhai’s serial. Now I am only hosting Maasranga’s show. It is fact that I like acting. It is my profession. But if there is exceptional programme then I show my interest in hosting, otherwise not.”
In 2013, Ishika basically started her acting career. In June 2014, her father died which made her psychologically pause to continue her acting.
