2nd intra-university indoor tournament-2018 was held at Green University of Bangladesh (GUB) Campus recently. The event was organized by the Sports Club of the university with a slogan ‘Sports is Power’. Prof Dr Muhammad Fayyaz Khan, Pro Vice-Chancellor of the university inaugurated the tournament while Treasurer and Director of Students Affairs Md. Shahid Ullah; Dean of Science and Engineering Faculty Prof Dr Md. Fayzur Rahman; Registrar (Acting) Md. Saiful Islam were present as guest of honor. In inauguration ceremony of the tournament, Prof Dr Fayyaz Khan said that, there are many component are involved with the game like discipline, honesty and human development.
He said, the game is not just for emotional tranquility or physical exercise.
The students, teachers of the university and huge number of studenst enjoy the tournament.
