International Women’s Day has been celebrated at the Ishwardi CCDB office in Pabna with the theme of ‘Women in leadership: Achieving an equal future in a COVID-19 world’ On the occasion, a two-day seminar and cultural programme were organized on Tuesday and Monday.
Masood Parvez, Social Service Officer, Ishwardi, spoke as the chief guest on the occasion.
President of Ishwardi Upazila Press Club and Ishwardi TV Journalists Association TA Panna and CCD Area Manager Dr. Naima Islam spoke as special guests.
Jasmine Jahan presided over the function while senior project officer Ruben Madhu, program officer Sudip Mandal, social organizer Parveen Sultana, Savitri Mandal and artist Khatun among others spoke.
The audience applauded CCD’s day-long social awareness program on establishing women leadership.
