Indo-Bangladesh Bangla Games postpone

The 4th Indo-Bangladesh Bangla Games schedule to begin next month in Dhaka has been postponed.
Bangladesh Olympic Association Secretary General Syed Shahed Reza confirmed BSS by saying that they have received a letter from West Bengal Olympic Association (WBOA) on Thursday to request them to postpone the Games.
He said the letter cited that WBOA treasurer Kamol Bhandari passed away on April 2 and due to other unavoidable circumstances they requested to postpone the upcoming Bangla Games.
Reza further informed that the new date would be announce later stage.
Earlier, BOA decided to include ten disciplines – athletics, shooting, swimming, volleyball, badminton, boxing, football, kabaddi, gymnastics and weightlifting – in the fourth edition of the Games.
