The third ODI match between Bangladesh and India was abandoned due to heavy rain and unplayable wet ground of the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur on Thursday.
India clinched the three-match ODI series 2-0.
After heavy rain Bangladesh could not bat and at 8.12 pm the two umpires declared the match abandoned.
Earlier, India made a modest 119 for the loss of nine wickets in 34.2 overs before rain again interrupted the match.
The match was curtailed 10 overs and was fixed as 40-over-a-side.
India’s innings was stopped in the early stage due to rain.
CA Pujara knocked a patient 27 off 63 balls with two fours before he was trapped leg before wicket by Shakib Al Hasan.
Suresh Raina hit a run-a-ball 25 including three fours before he was caught behind by Mushfiqur Rahim off Shakib Al Hasan.
Stuart Binny remained unbeaten with 25 from 36 balls featuring three boundaries.
Shakib Al Hasan grabbed three wickets at the cost of 27 runs while Taskin Ahmed and Al-Amin Hossain bagged a couple of wickets each instead of 15 and 23 runs respectively.
Shohag Gazi and Mashrafe Bin Mortaza took one wicket each.
