Border Guard Bangladesh men seized Indian goods including saree and cloth worth Tk 1,14,90,000 from Shikri Battala under Benapole port police station on Monday night, Lt Col Jahangir Hossain, commanding officer, 26 Border Guard Battalion told The New Nation.
The BGB official told that raiding the area along Benapole frontier the BGB men led by him recovered the smuggled goods at around 11pm on Monday. ‘The goods were deposited to Jessore customs warehouse’, he added.
