Dr Parbin Sultana, a teacher of the Department of Business Administration of the University of Science & Technology, Meghalaya, India on Monday met Dhaka University (DU) Vice Chancellor Prof Dr AAMS Arefin Siddique at the latter’s office of the university.
DU Prof of the Institute Statistical Research and Training Dr M Sekandar Hayat Khan and Prof Mihir Lal Shaha of the Department of Botany were present, among others, on the occasion.
During the meeting, they discussed various academic and research issues of common interest. They emphasized on signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between both universities to strengthen academic ties and bondage.
Prof Dr AAMS Arefin Siddique thanked the guest for her visit and keen interest about academic and research activities of the university. He hoped that existing bi-lateral relations between the both universities would be further strengthened in the coming days.
