India set a 246-run target for Pakistan in their third match in Asia Cup at Shere Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Dhaka Sunday. Ravindra Jadeja`s late blitz took India to a respectable total of 245 for 8 wickets in 50 overs after inexperienced middle order faltered once again against their arch-rival. Jadeja`s 52-run innings off 49 balls was one of the few highlights of the Indian innings, which was built on another half-century from Ambati Rayudu. Jadeja smashed 4 fours and 2 sixes while Rayudu hit 4 fours and one six to score 58. The two came together after India lost their fifth wicket for 155 runs, and gave India a challenging total to defend. Opener Rohit Sharma added 56 balls off 58 runs with 7 fours and 2 sixes. Earlier, Pakistan skipper Misbah-ul-Haq won the toss and chose to bowl. Pakistan right-arm offbreak bowler Saeed Ajmal claimed 3 wickets for 40 runs while Mohammad Talha and Mohammad Hafeez bagged 2 wickets each.
