Imtiaz Ahmed has been re-elected as Chairman of Audit Committee of the Board of NRB Bank Limited in the 80th meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank recently.
He, a UK citizen, was born in 1960 in Sylhet and completed his Masters in Social Science and obtained a Law degree from Dhaka University. After having moved to the UK for further education, he studied Law at the University of London.
His growing interest in the philosophy of education led him to study for and obtain a PGCE from the University of East London. He has since been an educator in various London institutions, and led the Bangladeshi Achievement Project.
