Ill umpiring sinks Tigers

Ill and one-sided umpiring sank Tigers against India in their quarter-final match of the ICC World Cup Cricket 2015 at the Melbourne Cricket Ground in Melbourne, Australia on Thursday.
The umpires deprived Mashrafe Bin Mortaza from a clean leg before wicket, deprived Rubel Hossain from a catch out as the umpires called the delivery as no ball and gave a decision against Mahmudullah Riyad when he was batting and his catch was taken by an Indian fielder when the fielder crossed the rope.
After those decisions of umpires made the cricket
fans of the country frustrated and aggrieved. After the match, the cricket fans of the Tigers burnt effigies of the two umpires at the different places of Dhaka University including TSC on Thursday. The city dwellers felt pain and came in the city streets to protest against the one-sided decision of the two umpires.
The inhabitants of the port city Chittagong also became upset after watching the ill umpiring.
They brought out processions and protested the decisions of the two umpires.
Besides, the cricket fans of Rajshahi, Sylhet, Barisal, Khulna, Rangpur gathered in the streets and protested against the decisions of the umpires. Meanwhile, a cricket fan named Ujir Ali died after he had watched the defeat of his favourite team Bangladesh. He lived at Keshobpur village in Lalpur Upazila under Natore district. He was 45.
Wasfia Naznin, a Bangladeshi woman, who conquered Everest, gave a status in her Facebook that, ” As a Bangladeshi I salute all the players of my team. They showed really sportsmanship spirit.”
Film maker and producer Mostofa Sarwar Farooki gave a status in his Facebook that, ” You cannot show lame excuse after performing a worst batting. However, I congratulate the Tigers for spending a superb World Cup. I also greet Team India. But I am confirm if India did not make those controversy, the victory against Bangladesh would be more entertaining.”
President of Bangladesh Cricket Board Nazmul Hassan Papon told the journalists that he would officially protest to ICC about those controversial decisions of the umpires.
