Aktaruzzaman Khan, Associate Professor, Department of Business Administration, International Islamic University Chittagong (IIUC) has achieved Ph.D Degree from the School of Management, University Saints Malaysia (USM), the APEX university of Malaysia, says a press release.
His Doctoral thesis entitled “Socio-Economic and Training Programmes towards the Socio-Economic Development of NGO Beneficiaries in Bangladesh” has been approved in the 51st Senate meeting on 19 March, 2015.
Unique findings of his Ph.D research published in five high impact international journals indexed in ISI/Scopus such as International Journal of Training and Development (Wiley) and International Social Work (Sage) which have been highly praised by the critics as well.
He has also published 22 articles in international journals. He has been currently on two editorial boards: (1) International Journal of Management, Accounting, and Economics (Iran), and (2) Indonesian Management and Accounting Research (Indonesia) as well as reviewer of three international journals including the Journal of Poverty (Routledge).
Dr. Mohammad Aktaruzzaman Khan is the eldest son of Mr. Mohammad Jahangir Khan and Mrs. Sajeda Khanam. He comes of a respectable family of Rajarkul, Ramu, Cox’s Bazar.
