Though Mehazabien Chowdhury is a regular face in the small screen but till now she did not work
in the big screen. She has been working in media
for last six years. But Mehazabien did not disclose the matter.
This Time Mehazabien disclosed the reason why she did not act in any movie. She told this correspondent, “Till now I got many offers to work in the big screen. But I did not have any interest in this regard. Right now I am feeling the overall situation of the film industry will be favourable for me. Now I have interest to work in film but there is a condition its script must be liked by me. If I do not like the script I will not work. I will continue work in
the small screen. If I have to work in big screen,
I will work in good movie, nothing else.”
There are some celebrities in our TV play who do not want to act in movies despite having many
possibilities and scopes. When time passes they show their interest to work. But in case of Mehazabien, she has many possibilities to work
in the big screen by virtue of her quality.
After Eid, Mehazabien acted in four plays. Two plays titled Notun Bhorey Dekha and Agomoni Gaan
– were directed by Chayanika Chowdhury.
Meanwhile, Mehazabien has still communication with her best friend in media Hasin who is now totally absent from media. When she gets time she goes to her friend. She last performed as a model in a TVC of Banglalink under Kibria’s direction. Later she did not perform in any other TVC.
