Sabotage case: Hearing on charge framing against Fakhrul, 25 others deferred

Court Correspondent :A Dhaka court yesterday (Wednesday) deferred the hearing on charge framing against 26 BNP men, including their Acting Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, till October 1 in a sabotage case.Magistrate Atiqur Rahman of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) Court of Dhaka fixed the new date on Wednesday granting the time plea of a defense lawyer.Earlier, defense counsel Joynul Abedin Mesbah filed a petition, seeking deferment of the hearing, as Mirza Fakhrul had gone abroad for his medical treatment.On...
