The International Crimes Tribunal (ICT)-1 on Wednesday set September 5 for submitting formal charge in the crimes against humanity case against five alleged Razakars from Patuakhali.
“The tribunal set the date as I pleaded for one month time for submitting the formal charges,” prosecutor Rezia Sultana Chaman told BSS.
The accused are-Mohammad Ishaq Shikder, Abdul Goni, Mohammad Awal, Mohammad Abdul Sattar Peada and Solaiman Mridha.
All the five accused in the case are in jail now.
