Testimonies of more than sixty witnesses have been recorded by the investigation officer, of which 36 will vouch before the tribunal,” Khan added.
It is the 35th probe report prepared by the investigation agency.
“Of these 35 cases, 21 have been disposed of. The tribunal has kept the verdict in one case on CAV. Six cases are under trial and seven cases are waiting to be heard before the three-member tribunal. Apart from these, we are investigating 23 more cases against 68 accused,” Khan said.
