ICT Minister Mostafa Jabbar, handing over a crest of honour to Sergey Popov, Minister-Counselor of the Russian Embassy at the inaugural ceremony of Russia-Bangladesh IT Summit-2018 at ICT Tower in the city on Sunday. Hosneara Begum, Managing Director of Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority and Saiful Islam Robin, Bangladesh representative of Skolkovo Institute of Science & Technology (MIT collaboration), Moscow were also present. ICT Secretary Subir Kishore Choudhury presided.
