A delegation of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB) headed by its President ASM Shaykhul Islam, FCMA called on Abrar A Anwar, Chief Executive Officer of Standard Chartered Bank Bangladesh at the latter’s office on Thursday.
They discussed matters of financial reforms, risk management and the growth of industry and service sectors.
The CEO of StanChart expressed his interest to make strategic partnership with ICMAB for the development of efficient human resources for banks and financial institutions. He also assured to work together for introducing e-learning facilities and web based knowledge buildings.
They also agreed to find more areas of co-operation between SCB and ICMAB in the days ahead.
Past Presidents of ICMAB Muzaffar Ahmed FCMA, Mohammed Salim FCMA and Director Lt Col (Retd) Md Humayun Kabir, psc and Imtiaz Ibne Sattar, Chief Financial Officer of SCB took part in it.
