International Cricket Council (ICC) Chairman Shashank Manohor arrived in Bangladesh for a three-day trip. A flight carrying the ICC chief landed at the capital’s Shahjalal International Airport around 4:30pm on Wednesday. Bangladesh Cricket Board’s (BCB) Media Committee Chairman Jalal Yunus told, “Shashank will watch the final match of BPL at the stadium.” Media reports on Tuesday claimed that the ICC chief is coming to Bangladesh to look into the possibility of holding few IPL matches. A BCB Director wishing to remain anonymous, however, termed such stories as baseless.
