A two-member delegation led by Kamrul Abedin FCA, President-ICAB left for UK to attend World Standard-Setters (WSS) Conference scheduled on 26-27 September 2016 in London. The other member of the delegation is Mahbub Ahmed Siddique FCA Director (Technical), ICAB.
The ICAB delegates will hold Meeting with IFRS Foundation during the conference. The ICAB delegates will also meet Hilary Lindsay, President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and Vernon Soare, Chief Operation Officer & Executive Director of ICAEW on 28 September 2016 for discussion on Mutual Professional development particularly capacity building of ICAB. ICAB delegation will hold another meeting with Rob Whileman, Chief Executive of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance Accountancy (CIPFA) on 29 September 2016.
