A local Jubo Dal leader, who suffered bullet wounds in an attack by miscreants near Ispahani Chota Masjid area under South Keraniganj Police Station on Monday, died at Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) on Tuesday morning.
The deceased was identified as Arman, 30, secretary of Aganagar union unit of BNP’s youth wing.
A group of criminals swooped on Arman near Ispahani Chota Masjid area under South Keraniganj Police Station on Monday 10:00 pm and opened fire on him, leaving him injured.
With bullet wounds in the head and left hand,
Arman was whisked off to DMCH in a critical condition.
Later, Arman succumbed to his injuries at about 9:00 am on Tuesday.
