Human haulers still in service despite DMP ban

UNB, Dhaka :
Human haulers (Laguna) continued to rule the road in spite of a DMP (Dhaka Metropolitan Police) announcement prohibiting the plying of Lagunas in main city thoroughfares.
Visiting different areas in the city, UNB correspondent found that human haulers are still operating in the city roads.
