A minor girl died as a rashly driven human huller knocked down her at Kuralgachi village in Damurhuda upazila on Thursday evening.
The deceased was identified as Smriti Akhtar,6, daughter of Liakat Hossain of the area.
Locals said a Karpasdanga-bound a human huller slammed Smriti while she was playing on the footpath beside her house around 7:30pm.
Family members rescued her in a critical state and rushed her to Chuadanga Sadar Hospital.
She died before reaching hospital, said on-duty doctor Aoliar Rahman of the hospital.
