House wife chopped to death and four others injured over land property dispute at Purba Kartikpasha village under Lebukhali union of Dumki police station in Patuakhali on Wednesday morning.
Police and hospital sources said house wife Hasina Begum, 45, died after brought to Patuakhali general hospital and her dead body sent to morgue for autopsy.
The injured four were Siddikur Rahman, husband, Hena Begum, sister in law, Abdur Rahim, Ali Hossain, relatives of the dead victim, said Habibur Rahman, Dumki police station officer in charge.
Among the injured first two admitted at Patuakhali general hospital and last two sent to Barisal Sher E Bangla Medical College Hospital in critical conditions.
