Hong Kong based Must Group is going to set up a garments industry in Ishwardi Export Processing Zone.
This company to be known as M/s Hoi Bun Fashions Ltd. Mentionable that Hoi Bun Fashions Ltd. will be the 4th industrial unit in EPZs under Must Group and it is a sister concern of Lenny Fashion Ltd. of Dhaka EPZ.
This fully foreign company will invest US$ 30 million for setting up the plant with annual production capacity of 10.4 million pieces different types of garments item. Hoi Bun Fashions will create employment opportunity for 3755 Bangladeshi nationals.
An agreement to this effect has signed between Bangladesh Export Processing Zones Authority and M/s. Hoi Bun Fashions Ltd. in Dhaka on Monday at BEPZA Complex.
Abdul Halim Molla, Member (Investment Promotion) of BEPZA and Waseem Mohd Siddiqui, Director of Hoi Bun Fashions Ltd. signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.
Major General Mohd Habibur Rahman Khan, ndc, psc, Executive Chairman, Md. Mosaddeque Ali, Member (Engineering), Md. Shawkat Nabi, Secretary, Nazma Binte Alamgir, General Manager (Public Relations), Md. Nurul Haque, General Manager (Enterprise Service) and Ahsan Kabir, General Manager (Investment Promotion) of BEPZA were present at the signing ceremony.
