ABM Mohiuddin Chowdhury Foundation is distributing Iftar and Seheri items among 2000 to 3000 fasting men and women daily as part of a month-long programme among the low-income people during the holy month of Ramadan.
Helal Akbar Chowdhury Babar, one of the key persons of the Foundation, is in overall charge of the distribution as part of a humanitarian initiative, reports press release.
Iftar and food items are being distributed in among poor people at different parts of Chattogram city, including industrial areas.
Helal Akbar Chowdhury Babar said, “I have undertaken this month-long Iftar and Seheri distribution programme on behalf of ABM Mohiuddin Chowdhury Foundation so that helpless and pedestrians do not suffer in Iftar and Seheri during the holy month of Ramadan.
Helal Akbar Chowdhury was inventor of the idea of corona preventive booth.
