The new date is January 13, 2016.

Judge Md Ruhul Amin passed the order in response to a petition filed
among others on behalf of Mirza Fakhrul, Barrister Moudud Ahmed, Mirza Abbas, Gayeshar Chandra Roy, Aman Ullah Aman, Barkat Ullah Bulu, Shahid Uddin Chowdhury Anne, Moazzem Hossain Alal, Saiful Islam Nirob and Habibunnabi Khan Sohel.
Sub-Inspector Md Ali Hossain of Ramna Model Police Station filed the case against 37 people. On August 5, this year, Detective Branch Sub-Inspector Dipok Kumar Das submitted the charge sheet of the case to the CMM Court of Dhaka.
