Md.Ismail Hossain (58), Headmaster of 114 No SP Baraikhali Govt. Primary School under Morrelganj Upazila in Bagerhat district, who was forced to enjoy leave earlier on the charge of molesting the chastity of a female teacher of the school, was suspended from his service on the same charge.
It was disclosed by Md. Anisur Rahman, Upazila Primary Education Officer of Morrelganj. The suspension order was issued by the Deputy Director of Primary Education; Khulna Division reached Morrelganj Primary Education Office on Thursday.
This punishable departmental action was taken against the Headmaster after long 10 days of the incident.
Anisur Rahman, Upazila Primary Education Officer, Morrelganj disclosed to the newsmen, henceforth the Headmaster will not attend the school; but he is to attend the Education Office on office day. It was learnt from the office source that 2 departmental cases are now pending against the Headmaster on the charge of violating the service rules and 2 increments were deducted from his salary for the same reason. Another departmental case will be filed against him very soon on the charge of molesting the chastity of a female teacher of the school on May 16.
