Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Monday requested the British Prime Minister David Cameron to review his government decision regarding ban on direct air cargo from Dhaka to London, according to diplomatic sources.
Sheikh Hasina signed the letter to Cameron on Monday morning for sending it in quickest possible time.
Earlier on March 8, the British government banned cargo on passenger flights from Dhaka to the UK until further notice as part of a ‘set of interim measures’.
Earlier Sheikh Hasina in her reply to the David Cameroon said that she wants to work together with the British government in a bid to improve the airport security.
