Information Minister Dr Hasan Mahmud on Thursday expressed profound shock at the death of former Awami League (AL) lawmaker Advocate Fazilatunnesa Bappy.
In a message of condolence, the minister said the contribution of Bappy in the politics of AL to establish the rule of law and justice in the country would ever be remembered, said a press release here.
Hasan, also AL Joint General Secretary, prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family.
