UNB, Rajshahi :Renowned fiction writer and Rajshahi University teacher Hasan Azizul Haq has filed a general diary (GD) in connection with the death threat he received from an unknown number over mobile phone.He filed the GD with Motihar Police Station on Monday noon seeking his security for life, sub-inspector of the police station Shahidul Haque said.Contacted, officer-in-charge of the police station Humayan Kabir said, “We’re trying to trace the caller and will take necessary steps to ensure his security.” Meanwhile, Rajshahi University Teachers’ Association in a statement singed by its president Prof Ananda Kumar Saha and general security Rezaul Karim condemned the death threat and demanded ensuring his security.
