Central Secretary General of Hefazat-e- Islam Moulana Junaid Babunagari said harassment to innocents in the name of resisting terrorism and militancy is also a kind of terrorism and urged the concerned authorities to bring the real culprits for trial with exemplary punishment.
The demand was placed before the rally arranged at Anderkilla intersection on Friday after Juma prayer in Anderkilla Shahe Jame mosque. The leaders of the Hefazat in the rally demanded Islamic education in all sphere of life.
The rally strongly protested the terrorism, militancy, secret killings across the country.
Among others, Joint secretary Moinuddin Rumi, organizing secretary Azizul Hoque Islamabadi spoke on the occasion.
