Former captain of Bangladesh Cricket team and selector of Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) Habibul Bashar Sumon has revealed the Test squad of Bangladesh of all time.
Bashar, who usually scored fifty runs in his innings, didn’t include his name in the squad.
Tamim Iqbal and Javed Omar have been included in the squad as openers. Al Shahriar Rokon has been included as one-down batsman, who played only 15 Test matches.
‘Mr Dependable’ Mushfiqur Rahim is the Number-4 batsman. He is also the wicketkeeper of the squad. Shakib Al Hasan has been included in the squad as the all-rounder. He is the Number-5 batsman.
The other all-rounder Aminul Islam Bulbul has been named the Captain of the squad. He is the fourth-down batsman. Hard-hitter Aftab Ahmed has been chosen as the Number-7 batsman.
Laft-arm spinner Mohammad Rafique is the only spinner of the squad.
Mashrafe Bin Mortaza, Tapash Baisya and Shahadat Hossain have been included in the squad as the pacers.
