Grameenphone launches ‘Customer’s First’ App

Cellular phone operator Grameenphone introduced its first “Customer First” App, which aims to serve customers anywhere and anytime through their mobile phones.
The mobile application for employees would empower Grameenphone employees to better serve as the organization’s brand ambassadors, said a press release on Thursday. The ‘Customer First’ App is a simple and effective solution that empowers Grameenphone employees to respond to queries from their friends and family, as well as other GP customers.
Commenting on the introduction of the mobile application, Grameenphone CEO Vivek Sood, said: “Customer First” App is in line with keeping our promise to ensure the best experience for our customers by empowering all employees to play their part as GP ambassadors.”
