Grameenphone, the largest telecom operator in Bangladesh, has inaugurated an exclusive Enterprise service KIOSK on Thursday at the Globe Pharmaceuticals Group head office in Tejgaon.
This initiative has been instigated as a part of the ongoing service program of Grameenphone.
MD Harunur Rashid, Chairman of Globe Pharma Group of Companies and Sajjad Alam, Head of Direct Sales at Grameenphone inaugurated the service KIOSK at the company office.
Through this newly launched Service Kiosk Operation, Business Solutions users of Globe Pharma Group will get instant telecommunication service with the backup of the strongest network. Globe Pharma has been using Grameenphone Corporate package for last nine years. Thousands of employees of Globe Pharmaceuticals are currently using Grameephone’s voice, data and other mobile solutions. The KIOSK will accommodate services like instant SIM replacement, applicable instant service execution, bill payment etc.
“It is good to see telecom operators are on their toes to provide better and instant service to their corporate clients”-said Mr. Ahmed Hossain, Director of Globe Pharma Group of Companies (GPGC) Ltd while inaugurating Grameenphone Service Kiosk operation in GPGC head office.
From Grameenphone Ltd Masud Parvez, Head of Key Corporate Accounts; Saad M Faizul Karim, General Manager, High Value Key Accounts; Tawhid Reaz, Head of Tele Sales & Business Service Management, Muhammad Rafiqul Islam, Key Account Manager were also present in the launching program.
