Mobile phone operator Grameenphone on Thursday announced 90 percent final dividend for 2016.
Grameenphone Boards of Directors approved it at the 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held at the International Convention City, Bashundhara on Thursday, said a press release.
Earlier, it gave 85 percent interim dividend (Cash) during 2016. Finally, the Board of Directors recommended 90 percent final dividend (Cash) making a total dividend of 175 percent for 2016.
The shareholders approved the above total dividend for the year 2016. GP will run fast-track on-line dividend distribution towards its shareholders in keeping its promises following the practices of earlier years.
