Among Others Md. Rofikul Islam, Additional Chief Engineer, RHD, Machanical Wing, Tejgaon, Dhaka, Md. Ishaq, Project Director, RHD, Tejgaon, Dhaka, Taposhi Das, Superintendent Engineer RHD Circle and Md. Zahid Hossain, Executive Engineer,RHD, Division, Gopalganj were also present at the programme.
