Customs Intelligence and Investigation department of Chittagong on their regular vigilance over the incoming expatriates at airport recovered gold bar worth about taka 70 lakh from three passengers arrived from UAE and Oman on Saturday night. These gold bars were recovered from one passenger came from Sharjah , UAE and two passengers came from Oman. after searching their bodies of the passengers, 4 bars recovered from the stomach of Mahinuddin , 100 gram gold from hand bag of Faruk and 3 bars from mobile set of Nurul Amin.Asstt. director of CIID Md. Tarek confirmed the matter to this correspondent over telephone .
