Chittagong Bureau :
Airport Customs authority of Chittagong Shah Amanat International Airport recovered 8 gold bars measuring 80 tolas worth about Tk.40 lakh from a passenger of Air Arabia flight on Friday morning .
The air Arabia arrived from Sharjah of UAE at CSIA at about 10 am . These gold bars were recovered from the luggage of passenger Md. Osman. These gold bars were kept inside of vacuum flask .
A case in connection has been lodged , airport customs Asstt. Commissioner Moshiur Rahman Mandol said. Passport of the passenger seized by airport immigration aimed at filing the case against the passenger.
