Airport Customs of Chittagong Shah Amanat International Airport recovered 8 gold bars measuring about 966 grans from a passenger arrived from Sarjah, UAE on Monday night at about 9 pm. The approximate cost of the gold is about Tk.40 lakh customs sources said.
Airport sources said a resident of Hathazari upazila of chittagong Md.Shahidul Alam arrived Chittagong airport in a flight of Air Arabia from Sarjah on Monday night . After scanning his luggage, customs recovered 8 gold gold bars .
