Customs Intelligence and police in separate drives recovered gold, cigarettes, sarees and yaba pills worth around Tk 6.4 crore from the city’s different parts on Monday.
Three persons have been arrested in this connection. Two of them have been identified as Md Rony, 37, and Shafiqul Islam, 38. The identity of other could not be known instantly, law enforcers said.
Custom Detective’s Directorate General (DG) Moinul Khan said that a team of Customs in a drive.
