Police on Tuesday morning retrieved the body of a girl from a wetland adjacent to Atharobaki River in Rupsha upazila.
The victim could not be identified immediately but police said she appears to be about 27 years old.
Indrajit Mollick, sub-inspector of Rupsha Police Station, said they retrieved the body around 7am from the area.
