Genex gets best large outsourced contact center Award

Genex Infosys has been awarded as the “Best Large Contact Center (Outsourced)
Rank#2″ in the Asia Pacific Region.
The Contact Center World, a Canada-based Global Association for Contact Center and Customer Engagement Best Practices, handed over the award to Genex Infosys at a function in Kota Kinabalu of Malaysia recently, said a press release here on Wednessday.
Genex Infosys is a global association for contact center and customer engagement best practices. Genex has also been recognised as the TopPlace2Work across Asia Pacific Region based on the independent surveys carried out by Contact Center World pertaining to employee engagement and employee connections.
Now Genex will compete in the World Finals with all the regional champions in London this October.
