First Security Islami Bank Limited has started its operation at Boalkhali in Chattogram on Wednesday with a view to providing shariah based modern banking services to its clients, said a press release.
Syed Waseque Md Ali, Managing Director of the Bank inaugurated the branch. Among others, Mohammaed Hafizur Rahman, Zonal Head of Chattogram Zonal Office, SM Nazrul Islam, Head of General Services Division, Managers of Chattogram Zone, Nisar Uddin Ahmed Chowdhury, Manager, Boalkhali Branch along with local elites were present on the occasion. A Doa Mahfil was organized in this regard.
