FSIBL approved 10pc dividend: First Security Islami Bank Limited (FSIBL) have been approved 10 percent (5% cash and 5% stock) Dividend to the shareholders for the year 2020. The decision came out from the 22ndAGM of the banks held on Wednesday through digital platform. Bank’s chairman Mohammed Saiful Alam, presided over the meeting. Among others, Mohammed Abdul Maleque, Vice Chairman, Professor Dr. Mohammad Gias Uddin Talukder, Chairman of Shariah Council, Members of the Board of Directors, Syed Waseque Md. Ali, Managing Director, Oli Kamal, Company Secretary and significant number of shareholders of the bank were also participated in the aforesaid meeting.
