A colourful freshers’ reception was held on East Delta University campus in the port city recently.
The reception was arranged at Pabartak Centre of the university . Teachers, students and the guardians of the students participated the function.
Founder of the EDU and the chief guest on the occasion, Sayeed al Noman said, the competition in education has increased and the EDU has given emphasis over the standard education policy since its inception.
He said, the construction of permanent campus will be started within shortest possible time.
Vicechancellor of the EDU Md. Sikandar Khan presided over the function.
Among others, Deans of Faculties Prof. Obaidul Karim, Rafia Akhter of Engineering faculty, Chairman of English Department Shah Ahmat Rifan, Asstt. Prof. Tabasum Chowdhury of Business Administration spoke on the occasion.
