Free laptops for students

Daffodil Institute of IT (DIIT) distributed laptop at free of cost among the students of Computer Science and Engineering Department on Monday at DIU Auditorium in the capital.
Prof Munaz Ahmed Noor, Pro-Vice Chancellor of National University was the chief guest at the function while Prof Mamtaz Uddin Ahmed, Former President, ICMAB and Former Chairman, Department Accounting and Information Systems, University of Dhaka was present as special guests at the program. Prof Dr Aminul Islam, Emirates Professor, Daffodil International University was present as guest of honor. Md. Sabur Khan, Chairman of Daffodil Group chaired the occasion. Among others, Mohammad Nuruzzan, Executive Director of Daffodil Education Network, Dr Mostafa Kamal, Advisor of DIIT and DIIT Principal Md. Sakawat Hossain were present at the program.
Prof Munaz Ahmed Noor thanked DIIT saying that DIIT is providing time befitting, practical and job market oriented world class quality education maintaining international standard of its students.
Md. Sabur Khan urged the students to uphold the spirit of morality, social values and ethics in character besides education. He said “Our youths bear immense prosperity and are committed to face the challenges of global job market through ICT”.
