A day-long free health camp and medicine distribution programme was held at Naopara Dental Healthcare Center under Gazaria upazila of Munshganj district on Friday.
Local sources said Abu Taher, Managing Director of Flying Birds Corporation, inaugurated the health camp.
Physicians during the programme provided free treatment and medicines to over 300 patients. At the outset of the camp, an awareness building meeting on different diseases was held.
A total of three consultant physicians, including Dr Abdur Rahman, participated in the programme organized by Lal Ayatun Help and Service Project, a local NGO.
Local elite and social workers were present on the occasion.
